Worldwide Shipping
1 - DHL GlobalMail (Standard Postal Service powered by DHL, tracked)
'Alestorm Official Merchandise' is an online store based in Hungary. We offer tracked shipping via DHL GlobalMail (Tracked Postal Service by DHL) to most countries in the world, including the UK, European Union, Scandinavia, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. This is a standard (slower) shipping method, operated by DHL, delivered by the local postal service.
2 - DHL Express (Tracked Express Service by DHL)
'Alestorm Official Merchandise' is an online store based in Hungary. We offer tracked express shipping via DHL Express to most countries in the world, including the UK, European Union, Scandinavia, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. It is a fast, express shipping service.
Shipping Times
1 - DHL GlobalMail (Standard Postal Service powered by DHL, tracked)
We aim to ship your order within 1 week, however some items may take longer. Please allow 60 days for delivery (starting from when your item ships), especially if you live outside of Europe. Sometimes DHL GlobalMail tracking is not very informative after your package departs from their central hub in Germany, so do not worry too much if you stop getting updates.
Usual delivery times with DHL GlobalMail (Tracked Standard Postal Service powered by DHL:
EU: 1-2 weeks UK: 2 weeks USA / CAN: 2-4 weeks Rest of the World: 4-9 weeks
2- DHL Express
We aim to ship your order within 1 week, however some items may take longer. Please allow 15 days for delivery (starting from when your item ships), especially if you live outside of Europe.
Usual delivery times with DHL Express:
EU: 2-5 days UK: 2-5 days USA / CAN: 5-7 days Rest of the World: 7-10 days
Lost in Delivery
If your package is still in transit 60 days after shipping, please contact us at merch@alestorm.net and we will investigate. If the package is lost we can either refund you or send a replacement. Please note we are unable to do anything before the 30 day period is up, as DHL will not accept responsibility for a lost package before this time has passed.
Shipping Prices
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout. We try to keep our shipping prices as low as possible. Shipping price is based on the weight of your order. For reference, the average "small" order (such as 1 T-shirt and a CD) will weigh under 0.5kg (1lb).
